Cancellation Policy

Ich bitte um Verständnis, dass Termine bei ovelyn.beauty mit Sorgfalt für dich reserviert werden. Daher gelten folgende Bedingungen für Stornierungen und Umbuchungen: - Umbuchungen oder Stornierungen sind bis spätestens 24 Stunden vor dem Termin kostenfrei möglich. - Bei kurzfristigen Absagen (unter 24 Stunden) oder Nicht-Erscheinen (No-Show) behalte ich mir vor, 50 % des gebuchten Behandlungspreises in Rechnung zu stellen. Diese Regelung dient dem fairen Ausgleich für freigehaltene Zeitfenster, die kurzfristig nicht neu vergeben werden können. Vielen Dank für dein Verständnis und deine Wertschätzung meiner Zeit. For this reason, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply: - Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment is free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. - For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of a no show, I reserve the right to charge 50 percent of the treatment price.
