TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by ovelyn.beauty, as well as all appointment bookings and treatments at the studio. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All services — including intimate waxing — are available to all persons.

2. Services

I offer professional waxing services for various body areas. Appointments can be made in person at the studio or via WhatsApp.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if medical, hygiene-related or personal reasons make this necessary.

3. Booking an Appointment

By confirming an appointment, you enter into a binding agreement. An appointment is only considered confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For late cancellations or no-shows, I charge 100% of the treatment price. This fee is due immediately.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. In the event of significant lateness, the treatment may be shortened or, depending on the time remaining, may no longer be able to take place. If multiple areas have been booked, I may only be able to treat some of them in order to keep subsequent appointments. The full price will nonetheless be charged.

6. Prices & Payment

The prices shown on the ovelyn.beauty website or at the studio apply. All prices are final prices and are stated in euros (EUR). Payment is due after the treatment, by cash or card.

7. Health Information

Please inform me before the treatment about:

  • Skin conditions, inflammation or infections

  • Allergies or intolerances

  • Medications that increase skin sensitivity

  • Recent peels, laser treatments or cosmetic procedures

  • Pregnancy

  • Injuries or irritations in the treatment area

I accept no liability for complications or skin reactions arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided (see Disclaimer).

8. Hygiene & Studio Conduct

I maintain high hygiene standards. I reserve the right to discontinue a treatment if:

  • hygiene rules are not observed

  • disrespectful, boundary-crossing or inappropriate behaviour occurs

  • health risks are present

The ovelyn.beauty studio is a safe and respectful space for all people.

9. Aftercare

You will receive aftercare instructions after every treatment. Following these is your own responsibility. I accept no liability for reactions resulting from incorrect aftercare.

10. Disclaimer

I accept no liability for:

  • allergic reactions to wax or skincare products where relevant information was not disclosed

  • ingrown hairs or irritations occurring despite correct application

  • reactions caused by skincare products or lack of aftercare

  • damage occurring after leaving the studio due to improper conduct

  • complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided in the health questionnaire

Liability is otherwise governed by statutory provisions. No limitation of liability applies to damages arising from injury to life, body or health, or to any other damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

11. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for two years and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used for services provided by ovelyn.beauty.

12. Data Protection

All personal data is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable law. For details, please refer to the ovelyn.beauty Privacy Policy.

13. Right to Refuse Entry

I reserve the right to refuse service to or remove from the studio any person whose behaviour is disrespectful, boundary-crossing or discriminatory.

14. Final Provisions

German law applies. Should any individual provision be invalid, the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply.
