Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by ovelyn.beauty, as well as to all appointments, bookings, and treatments carried out in the studio.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these T&Cs.

Intimate waxing is offered exclusively to women and individuals who have a vulva.

 

2. Services

I offer professional waxing services for various areas of the body.
Appointments can be booked online, in person, or in writing via WhatsApp.

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if there are medical, hygienic, or personal reasons to do so.

 

3. Appointment Booking

By booking an appointment, you agree to a binding reservation.
Appointments are only considered confirmed once you have received a confirmation.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
For later cancellations or no-shows, 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
This fee is due immediately.

 

5. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

In case of significant delay, the treatment may be shortened or, depending on the remaining time, may not be carried out at all.
If multiple areas are booked, only part of the treatment may be performed in order to respect subsequent appointments.
The full price will still be charged.

 

6. Prices & Payment

The prices listed on the ovelyn.beauty website or in the studio apply.
All prices are final and stated in Euros (EUR).
Payment is made after the treatment, either in cash or by card.

 

7. Health Information

Please inform me prior to your treatment about:

skin conditions, inflammations, or infections
allergies or intolerances
medications that increase skin sensitivity
recent peels, laser treatments, or cosmetic procedures
pregnancy
injuries or irritations in the treatment area

I assume no liability for complications or skin reactions resulting from missing or incorrect information (see Disclaimer of Liability).

 

8. Hygiene & Conduct in the Studio

I work according to high hygiene standards.
I reserve the right to discontinue treatments if:

hygiene rules are not followed
disrespectful, inappropriate, or boundary-crossing behavior occurs
health risks are present

The ovelyn.beauty studio is a safe and respectful space.

 

9. Aftercare

You will receive aftercare instructions following each treatment.
Compliance with these instructions is your responsibility.

I assume no liability for reactions caused by improper aftercare.

 

10. Disclaimer of Liability

I am not liable for:

minor negligence
allergic reactions
ingrown hairs or skin irritation
reactions caused by products or lack of aftercare
damage occurring after leaving the studio due to improper behavior

Liability only applies in cases of gross negligence or intent.

 

11. Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for three years and are non-refundable.
They can only be used for services provided by ovelyn.beauty.

 

12. Data Protection

All personal data is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with legal regulations.

13. House Rules

I reserve the right to refuse clients or ask them to leave the studio in cases of boundary violations, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior.

 

14. Final Provisions

German law applies.
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
